Erica Penrose

Erica Penrose is responsible for leading the asset management, operations, leasing and marketing, and capital project management activities for GWL Realty Advisors’ Canadian multi-residential portfolio, valued at approximately $5 billion. In this capacity, Erica works with teams across the country to support operational excellence, portfolio performance and long-term value creation, while delivering strong resident experiences.

Erica’s real estate experience includes roles in investments, asset management and development project management across retail and residential properties. Before joining GWL Realty Advisors, Erica held roles with Starlight Investments and Trinity Development Group. Erica holds an honours Bachelor of Science with a concentration in mathematics from Brock University and a Queen’s Executive Program Certificate from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
